Open Enrollment Dates
November 1 – November 15, 2021
Open Enrollment is the time for you to:
- Verify your information
- Update family members
- Learn about your benefit options
- And most importantly, shop and enroll in benefits
Outside of a qualifying life event, this is the only time each year when you can make changes to your coverage. So it’s important to know your options to make the best decisions for you and your family. If you miss this open enrollment window, you will not be able to enroll in or have benefits in 2022 unless you have a qualifying life event.
To help you through the enrollment process, here are three steps to help you.
- First, review the different plans available to you. Even if you like the coverage you have now, benefits and prices can change, so make sure you review the benefit materials and tools available to you.
- Next if you plan to enroll new dependents, like your children or a spouse, you will be required to provide documentation to prove your dependents eligibility. Be prepared to obtain social security numbers and birthdates as well as the corresponding documents like birth certificates or marriage certificates.
- Once you have reviewed the benefits and gathered all your information next enroll in your benefits using PlanSource.
